Car Export Process
Step 1 – Request Shipping Quote / Car Details
Select a car that you like from 50,000 + in our stock. The entire American used cars process takes only one click on either “Ask Question-Make an Offer” or ” Fast Free Shipping Quote” button inside any listing and small form to fill out. Once we received your buy American cars request, we will assign it to one of our sales team member and we will reply with additional information requested within 24-48 hours or sooner in most buy car cases.
Step 2 – Order Car Inspection
Click on the button “Order Car Inspection” inside any single car sale online USA listing chosen and fill out a little form, pay for your Car Inspection $199 and it will be delivered to your e-mail within 3-5 business days. After you have been satisfied with Car Export America information provided and found out a car shipping quote fits your total budget, continue to step 3.
Step 3 – Make an Offer
Once Car Inspection report comes back satisfactory, you can make your offer to buy cars online. At this point to make the offer we need ONLY the following from the buyer:
1. Buyer’s legal name
2. Country of citizenship
3. Amount of offer in USD
If there is a counter offer we continue to negotiate until your offer is accepted. After that we will send you an official invoice with wire transfer instructions to pay for a car with shipping.
Step 4 – Closing
At this point you will be contacted by our closing department. They will order abstract of title (lien search), prepare Export Documents, Original Bills of Sale and Original Title.
Step 5 – International Shipping
Once USA cars delivered to our loading facility, we begin a preparation for international shipping. Most American used cars we ship inside standard 40′ High Cube containers. We drain gas, disconnect batteries then a car is being loaded inside the 20’, 40’ HC or 45’ HC container straight or on the custom made wooden platform.
Cars For Sale USA and many cars we ship Roll-on Roll-off. Car keys are always stay in the ignition. We will Express Mail you all the original documents, you will need them for the customs clearance at destination port including:
a. Bill of Lading (BL)
b. Certificate of Origin
c. Certificate of Ownership (Title)
d. Commercial Invoice or Bill of Sale
