DESCRIPTION:
Fantastic and Rare, “Big Red”, Plymouth Custom Suburban 4-Door Station Wagon, holds 6 Passengers with a large rear cargo area. Room for the whole Family and all your stuff- including the dog if you have one. This is a very unique California car which has been with one family (prior to me) its entire life. It had been restored by the original owner a number of years ago.
It is in excellent driving condition for a 69 year old vintage car. You will be the hit of the “cars and coffee” and car show crowd. Guaranteed to get lots of attention and “thumbs up”, from all who see it. It has a Hy-Fire V-8 which gives unbelievable performance even when running at modern day freeway speeds of 75 mph. The Hy-Fy V-8 is the 1st generation of the famous Chrysler Hemi Motor. A family hot rod if there ever was one.
There are a couple of things that need attention, the turn signals are not working at the moment probably a fuse out. The gas gauge like wise does not register, probably needs a new sender unit. The interior dome light cover and bulb are missing as well. Fortunately, there is a VINTAGE MOPAR DISTRBUTOR who has everything you need to keep this car going. Catalogs, Factory Service Manual and original Dealer sales literature and various spare parts are to be included with the car, along with some previous owner “history”.
