1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Sport Sedan
If you’re looking for a truly classic American cruiser that’s turn-key ready and dripping with character, take a look at this beautiful 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air 4-Door Sport Sedan. Finished in eye-catching Tropical Turquoise and India Ivory, always a crowd pleasing favorite combination, this essentially stock Bel Air has been in the custody of the owner for nearly 3 decades, with plenty of love and care, and several upgrades over time. This Tri-5 classic is more than just a pretty face—it’s a strong, dependable driver with a rich, documented history. A progressive illness forces the owner to part with this car that has been a significant part of his life.
Under the hood, the Power Pak equipped 283 CID V8 delivers dependable power to the always reliable Powerglide transmission, and power steering and power disk brakes make this Chevy, approaching 70 years in service, easy and safe to drive. The car now features a 100 amp alternator, electronic ignition, and a new aluminum radiator with an electric fan.
The iconic 57 Chevy instrument panel is full of white faced Classic Instruments gauges. When the new gauges were installed, the car was rewired with a new harness, as well. A Vintage Air Conditioning system blows cold air, and, in addition to the original AM radio, this classic Chevy has a remote AM/FM/CD system to put out those rock n roll favorites as you cruise the boulevard. It rolls on original wheels with Coker wide white sidewall tires, and is ready to deliver miles of smiles to the next owner.
The Bel Air sports interior is like new, the carpets, headliner, door panels and trunk upholstery is flawless, and all the glass, rubber, chrome trim, badges, and trim are in excellent condition.
