DESCRIPTION:

This 70 Baja bug needs someone that can put it all together and bring it back to life! The engine is put together but requires brakes, interior and exterior parts attached. All the parts come with the car. It features : 4 inch widened front beam and rear trailing arms, dual rear shocks King and Fox and Fox front shocks. All brake, steering and wheel bearings are either new or near new rebuilt. New front tires and good rear tires on matching rims. Disc brakes on all four wheels. Includes 2375cc turbo charged motor, wedge mated, aluminum dual port case, flat 4. Holley 600 CFM carburetor. Every motor part is built to withstand the full 230 HP this engine produces. Motor was taken down to install MSD crank fire system( not installed, put all parts including shielded MSD cable crank trigger and all associated parts) Full VDO gauges, fan cooled oil cooler installed under parcel tray with remote oil filter. Full flow oiling. Bolt up engine cage and full roll cage. Crow 3 point harness racing seats. Battery mounted and rebuilt gas tank installed. IRS transmission. New clutch. New master cylinder. The engine was originally purchased as a crated turn key, and the only miles on it are from the dyno tuning.( I am the original purchaser) The body is white, has fiberglass Baja fenders and deck lid and is intact, no dents, Some rust through on the floorboard under drivers' seat. Bolt up steel skid plate for front end. Several boxes of the removed parts come with it, including lights, carpet, door handles etc.
Also included is the motor installed in this bug purchased in 2015 for this project.: 110 HP, 1835 cc crate type dual port motor with Baja Supertrapp spark arrestor, Solex carburetor ,009 Bosch distributor. Mileage is unknown, but was running when purchased for this project. Pictures of this engine are the unmounted engine at the end. Clean title.
