This 1970 Triumph TR6 Convertible comes with the soft top, repaint in black, repainted original TR6 wheels. I purchased this TR6 in August 2022 after the car had been in storage for approximately 10 years. The car has seen refurbishment over the last 2 1/2 years.
FEATURES
The odometer reading of 19,XXX miles on the original odometer is incorrect, and actual mileage is unknown. The original speedometer was replaced during refurbishment with a Speedhut GPS speedometer, as well as a matching Speedhut electronic tachometer (Dec 2024)
New Floor Pans professionally installed July 2022 - British Motor Heritage
KilMat insulation applied to interior and floors
The 2.5-liter OHV inline-six engine is also said to be original to the car.
The engine was rated new at 106 horsepower and 142 lb-ft of torque.
A four-speed manual transmission (no overdrive)
The original emissions controls were removed by a previous owner.
A new soft top was installed in 03-24-2006 , and is still in excellent condition..

This 1970 Triumph TR6 spent time in Maryland with its previous owner. Purchased by present owner in August 2022, and shipped to southwest Florida, where it is registered, licensed, and insured.
The three-spoke steering wheel wears a leather wrap and fronts a wood-veneer dashboard that houses a new Speedhut GPS 140-mph speedometer, a new matching Speedhut electronic tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, amperage, and fuel level. Power is routed to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission.
