1978 Chevrolet C10 CONCEPT or CUSTOM ? 6X6 Convertible Truck

If this is a Concept from GM it is worth a LOT more - Please be fair if you find proof it is. I only have word of mouth it is and debuted at Javits in NYC 1978 or 79. The way the bed wheel pans are done makes one think its factory! Otherwise I have it priced as a custom that needs to be restored again. Exceptionally well built, 10ft custom bed! FULL convertible ALL tops are removable. Or just cab or just back cap. Tag rear axle - not powered. Hard to find welds and other evidence of stretch work. Bought with 64k on it in late 90's - restored and repowered (original small block sold) - rebuilt with mostly GM and some aftermarket parts in early 2000's. Brand new 455 Buick engine. I reset the odometer forward to 0 (100k) when I was done with work - it now shows 7700 miles. That means that ALL the parts from rebuild have that mileage. Includes: Springs, steering box, suspension, brakes, engine, shift kit for towing, Exhaust, and lots of items I have receipts for. I also am working on it now putting on parts it needs - new water pump-done, fuel pump-done, vac advance and front caliper hanging to fix. And touching up paint as well. Drives and tows awesome. Great hitch and brake control. Obviously the most eye catching truck you can own.
Will need: Exhaust work-Manifold gaskets, Wood in bed tired, some rust spots/blisters, paint, carb adjustment or rebuild(I put in new gaskets) lots of detail work but it could drive with just some work I plan on doing if I have time. We all know what these go for done and sharp so priced accordingly and slightly flexible for right owner.
