1983 Jeep j10 stepside

This is a classic 1983 Jeep J 10 classic stepside with only 1200 ever made. The vehicle has a rebuilt ATC 401 8 cylinder engine with 24,000 miles as well as a rebuilt transmission also with 24,000 miles. The differential is 488 gear ratio. Currently non operation status.
Due to my current health, I’ve not been able to maintain the vehicle and it has failed smog due to California restrictions and has not been driven and i have not fixed the smog problem

This should be an easy fix as it has always passed smog, but will require a new catalytic converter.
Vehicle was in running status but has not been driven for some time.. it should not be difficult to get running .
The vehicle has Line X sprayed in the cab and in the bed to prevent rusting and there’s no serious rust on this vehicle.
The vehicle has over in suspension upgrades king shocks bump stops, custom deaver leaf springs with 35 inch tires.. and 5 point harness with bucket racing seats.. this is a serious off road vehicle with need of some TLC, again it has not been driven in some time.

I am open to negotiations on the price, but i’m only taking serious offers..
