1988 Ford motorhome

I'm selling my 27' 1988 Ford e350 alumi-lite gas 460 engine 74000 miles. I bought this motorhome about a year ago and I've been getting it dialed in to use but I now have a child on the way and need to prepare for him. PROS- It has a new air conditioning unit, new microwave, new fridge, new wheel bearings, new fuel pump and fuel filter, fresh oil change, new tankless water heater, new power steering unit, new inverter controller, and new ignition coils, brand new tires on the dually axle, the front tires are newish.
This is an absolute unit of an RV it has a dually axle and a trailing axle so it can tow just about anything you need. It has a bed above the front seats, some one can sleep on the couch and the dinet turns into a bed also.
CONS- the rocking chairs in the living space have a couple tears, trailing axle could use 2 tires soonish.
