1991 UD TOW TRUCK

UD TOW TRUCK with 140k Original, 6 cylinder diesel turbo engine that runs good once it starts, 6 speed manual transmission, truck is operational but has a couple issues 1 with the PTO sometimes doesn't want to engage but only sometimes but it end up engaging, the starting of the engine has the same issue sometimes it does not want start but after a few tries it does start maybe easy fix. I have not had a professional look at it. I did look at it myself and couldn't find what the problems are but I am not a professional or good at diagnosis. Call or text
