DESCRIPTION:
Up for sale a 1992 F150 Nite Edition
The truck is in good condition with no major issues.
Has had rear main seal and valve cover gaskets in the last 20K. along with a lot of other small things. Front brakes recently fully done.
I bought the truck @ 65K in 2012 and it now has ~95K miles on original motor and trans. Mostly been used for fetching building supplies and etc. farm tasks, only reason to sell is to finance something with more towing capacity. WILL TRADE.
There is some cosmetic rust on the wheel wells and some on the roof but otherwise good on structural. It was garage kept prior to me so the roof is something to do with the factory paint job. built in Mexico i think. Its a 302 8 cyl 5.0L and incredibly reliable.
New battery, 80% front tires 30% rears. a few small details across, but nothing that would challenge the utility of this vehicle. Auto-locking hubs for 4wd. all gears work well 4WH and 4WL
Needs some exhaust work if your going to inspect it. but just from the muffler.
As i understand there were very few of these made, it is the precursor to the ford lightning. Mostly cosmetic details but still cool. I have never seen another one. also seen production numbers sub 1500 domestically
Have the factory bed rails to go with it.
Pretty firm, on the price or trade for diesel farm truck.
