DESCRIPTION:
This Jeep is in very good condition for being 33 years old. The vehicle has been in my family since new. My mother purchased the Jeep in 1992 and I took it over in 2010 after she passed.
The interior is nearly immaculate with no tears on the seats or cracks on the dash. The body is in great shape but as you see in the photos, the paint is starting to fade. I have maintained the Jeep throughout its life and it has always been a reliable car. Everything works well except the fan motor which turns on and off intermittently. I purchased a new one but have not installed it. There are a few rust spots on the hood near the windshield and roof by the rack. None of these rust spots leak and I have covered them with silicone.
Because of the low miles for its age, I’m sure this Jeep will provide many more years of enjoyment to the next owner.
This Jeep was smogged and registered in December of 2024
The 1992 Jeep Cherokee known for its rugged design, off-road capability, and versatility. It is often considered one of the most iconic and influential SUVs of its time.
The 1992 Jeep Cherokee is still appreciated today by off-road enthusiasts and collectors for its durability, simplicity, and capability. It helped pave the way for the modern SUV market and is considered a precursor to today's crossovers, though with much tougher off-road DNA.
