1999 chevy Express cargo van one owner with only 99,000 mil

This 1999 Chevy Express 3500 cargo van purchased brand new by the state of Washington, and it was used as a public works,
the van was in use until 4 weeks ago, they decided to replace it with a newer one.
This van features a 7.40L V8 engine with 99,000 miles and is in excellent running condition. The transmission operates very smoothly, and the interior and exterior are in remarkable shape for a 26-year-old utility vehicle. The tires are in good condition,
the exteririore is in excellent condition without any dent or scaraches but there was few small area paint was pelling which spread over. this is very normal for 99% of all the Dodge, Ford, and Chevy vans.

Mechanically, the van is in excellent working order with no issues. Unfortunately,The car does not come with A/C option from factory , Hot and Cold Air only.

all the lights, the radio, Radio and the overhead amber light are in good working condition. It comes with heavy-duty shelves and cabinets and a heavy-duty ladder rack.

I have the clean, clear one-owner state of the Washington and smog certificate in hand, also have all the other necessary paperwork from DMV, then get the van registered in california. The exempt license plate will be removed when the van is sold.
