DESCRIPTION:
I'm selling a 1999 Miata with a CARB-legal supercharger. It's a "base plus" model, the only option is an LSD.
5-speed manual
Fast Forward supercharger, smog cert in hand and fully smog-legal (you don't need to "know a guy")
Flyin' Miata adjustable coilovers
Roll bar, seats, and harnesses
Bushings
Top-shelf canvas top (the lint in photos is from washing the car)
Aligned to steer neutrally
Tuned to run on normal pump gas
Clean CA title in hand, current registration with no backfees
This car is well-sorted and absolutely sordid. It easily creams the Mazdaspeed turbo. Reason for selling is that I'm 56 and overweight and I can't be bothered with race belts & seats on a street car anymore. It has some sap spots on the hood that I can't manage to remove, and the paint is showing its Mazda heritage on the rear fender.
I'm thinking of selling it on NB2 stock 16s, but I haven't swapped the wheels yet. Buyer's choice.
I think the price is fair given the condition and the rarity of the supercharger. I'm not in a rush (you should be, though!) but it's .
I'm open to a couple of specific trades: Xtracab Tacoma (prefer gold!) or 690 Enduro or 790/890 Adventure R (with newer spec cams), maybe a Tenere 700 or BMW parallel twin.
Yes, it's available. The body is in as-new condition other than the paint. Never crashed never scuffed, panel gaps are flawless.
