DESCRIPTION:
Owned for 10 years, third owner, first bought it in Georgia. Second brought it to Arizona. Bought it with 133,000 miles. The car runs well with 220,000+ miles, has a leak planning to repair, but will sell as is to the right buyer.
The price may seem high, but the car is considered classic now. Not that many made unlike the Camry. This car was top of the line, costs first buyer about in 2002 ( in today's money) because it was a convertible car, and had all options. It's a popular body style, in demand by collectors. This is the SLE with a 3.0 Liter V-6 engine, 1MZ-FE. It has a 3 speed automatic transmission with cruise control. The original top was an unattractive tan color and was replaced with a new top 4 years ago.
It has good a/c, many parts have been replaced, like new Bridgestone tires, OEM AM/FM, cassette, DVD player, cruise control, power seats, both replaced with cloth seats in great condition, air bags, 4 wheel disc brakes with new pads, aluminum wheels, timing belt replaced once, but didn't need it. Shocks, spark plugs, power steering pump, belts, hoses, struts, tie rod ends, ball joints, and many other replaced parts.
I'm looking for the right buyer that wants to keep the car, cherish it as a collector car, and put some time into it. This car will reward you in low insurance costs, low annual vehicle license tax, and no sales tax. It gets up to 34 mph. The convertible top is motorized, goes up and down with button, and has a glass window with defroster. Most everything works.
I don't have to sell, but will to one that is willing to pay my price. Kelly Blue Book doesn't have this in it anymore, and doesn't know what it is worth, as if it knows what cars are really worth.
Please call if seriously interested, don't start with texting asking if it's still available. If posted, it is. For now, the price is firm. If you find a better deal like it, buy it. You don't have to buy mine if you don't think it's worth my price. At least I know what repairs it has had. Engine may go another 100,000 miles. Always has had synthetic oil and regular changes with filter.
If you think I'm an idiot, look at what things cost now due to inflation. New parts matter in the value of a car. Labor is expensive.
