DESCRIPTION:
Second owner of well-maintained 2003 Cadillac Seville SLS with a moonroof. Purchased vehicle in 2007 as CPO vehicle from Cadillac dealership in Delray Beach, FL with 16400 miles. The car was purchased for cash and has a clean Florida title.
First owner was in Fort Lauderdale, I believe. This is likely one of the last 2003 produced (June, 2003) and is essentially a 2004 model year.
I am a former automotive engineer and former member of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE).
This is a non-smoking car under my ownership since 2007, and I don't believe the first owner was a smoker either. I believe the backseat has only been sat in once, and front passenger seat only a few times during my ownership.
I use Mobile One Extended Protection and the vehicle has been serviced regularly, although not all service will show on CarFax since routine maintenance was done at independent auto shops.
All other maintenance was performed either at Fields Cadillac Jacksonville or Claude Nolan Cadillac. The car idles at 700 RPM, the same as it did the day I purchased it 2007, and drives as smooth as the day I purchased it. The vehicle was inspected at the Cadillac dealership in May, 2025 and given a clean bill of health.
I am selling the vehicle because I only drive roughly 4K miles per year and I just purchased a newer vehicle, so this vehicle is not being driven any longer.
In April, 2025, the trunk taillights were all replaced, and the left rear power windows was repaired at Randy Marion Cadillac. New battery, A/C system recharge, and touch up paint in March, 2025.
Front brake pad and rear tires were replaced in August, 2024. An oil change with Mobil One was also done at this time. Rear brakes and front tires were replaced in October/November 2021, and since the vehicle isn't driven much, are still in excellent condition. The serpentine belt was replaced by Fields Cadillac in 2021 at approximately 75K miles as recommended maintenance (i.e. the belt did not fail, but was replaced as preventive maintenance).
So, the brakes, tires, battery are all basically new, there is a recent Mobile One oil change and the A/C system has been recharged. The serpentine belt was also replaced recently. It is very likely that the vehicle will not require much maintenance for the next 3-4 years other than oil changes, depending on how much the car is driven. A great deal for anyone looking for a reliable, low maintenance vehicle that is very dependable.
Vehicle comes with original GM 2003 Seville service manuals which were purchased separately (see trunk picture) but are being sold with the vehicle.
