DESCRIPTION:
Humbly presented, this 2004 E320 Wagon truly speaks for itself. This example has just 94,000 miles, extensive service records, and was lovingly cared for by one family since 2007 – the previous owner bought it Certified Pre-Owned from MB of South Charlotte at just 24,000 miles.
This example has never missed a maintenance item, every single time it needed anything, the repair was completed. Some notable services include new rear air springs at 49,000 miles, the entire AC system was gone through and replaced at 81,000 miles, new front control arms and new engine and transmission mounts were installed at 85,000 miles, new tires in May of last year, and the EIS (Electronic Ignition System) has been replaced.
This car is finished in Tektite Gray (753U) paint over Artico Gray (138A) MB-Tex. Furthermore, this vehicle has never had any major body damage, the paint is in near-factory condition, with just a few touch-up marks on the passenger front fender. The interior is showing one small wear crease in the driver’s seat bottom bolster, the wood trim is in good condition; the half-timbered wheel does show some cracking.
This vehicle is NOT optioned with the historically maintenance prone 4Matic all-wheel-drive system, or the third-row seat. However some notable options are, factory Harman/Kardon sound system, Interior Lighting Package, and COMAND - I should point out that the COMAND screen is showing two dead spots, they do not affect the system’s functionality.
Overall, this E320 is a fantastic example of a well-preserved Mercedes-Benz with arguably one of the most reliable engines ever produced. The 3.2 liter V6 (M112) is known to run for hundreds of thousands of miles and was used across Mercedes’ global lineup from the mid 90’s to the mid 2000’s… when needed, replacement parts are easy to come by and are plentiful. Give me a call to chat about the car/set up a time to see it. The price is negotiable within reason and no negotiation will be entertained before the car has been shown.
