2006 c mini bus

I have only had 2 people show up to look at the bus. They will make an offer I agree and that is the last I hear from them. There is nothing wrong with the bus. It runs perfect, tires 80%+, front and rear air are cold. Don't make an offer if you really don't expect to buy ir. It would help if you look at it before you make an offer and if I agree please buy it. I have the vehicle report that you can see when you come to see the bus.
