2009 BMW 328i xDrive Manual Wagon

Rare low-miles German built AWD 328xi MANUAL wagon (only about 50 sold in US that year) features one of the most sought-after combinations in the BMW enthusiast community. The 6 speed MANUAL transmission paired with xDrive all-wheel drive is exceptionally uncommon in E91 wagons. No silly iDrive system either. Power / heated seats, sun roof, spare tire and jack kit (no run flats).

I am back in town and can be available this week to close on the car. I am open to offers through the weekend. There have been a ton of questions about the car, here's a collective response:
1) Have there been any accidents? In 2019 someone backed into the corner of the car in a parking lot while I was standing next to the car. I have uploaded a clip from the insurance claim which a picture of the damage (bumper was replaced).
2) Why is this over blue book price? Frankly if this wagon was in pristine shape it would be worth closer to K. The KBB is based on the automatic version. Don't buy this car if you don't want or care about manual transmission. It took me a year to find this car, very rare.
3) How is the underbody? I added the best pictures I could to the album.
4) Do you have service records? I have some of them; picture of the pile in the album.
5) Power folding mirrors? Yes
6) Sunroof operation? Yes and no leak.
7) How long have you had the car? I am the 2nd owner, purchased in 2015 with 45K miles on it.
8) Scratches/damage? I uploaded a separate photo album with more highres pictures. It is a 16 year old car so not perfect.
