2009 Honda CRV LX

2009 CRV LX in good condition. I’m the second owner, purchased locally in spring 2022, have driven 36k miles since. Engine was replaced by previous owner and is at 136.5k, so this car has a lot of life left. Was meticulously maintained by previous owner as well as me, and I have all records since I took ownership. Have replaced front and rear brakes, bearings, ac compressor clutch, battery, starter, alternator, part of the exhaust, new tires as of Nov. 2024, regular oil changes, etc. Some cosmetic issues commensurate with age (scratches, etc.) and a dent on the front fender. Interior was recently detailed and is very clean, non-smoking and no funky odors. Weathertech floor mats in front seats and trunk. .
