2010 Acura TSX 2.4l 4-cylinder tech package

I am the 2nd owner of this car, and have had it since August of 2014 - all services were reported to Carfax by both owners. It has a clean title, and runs very, very well.

The car was parked outside so some paint shows wear, as do the leather seats - there are tears in the lower seat panels on the driver's side in the front and back seats (see pictures). The interior shows wear, as well (zoom in on the pictures - I tried to get angles that would allow you to see the detail).

With all of that said, the car has been meticulously maintained, and the engine, shocks and struts, brakes and tires make the car a solid ride. Our mechanic always compliments the engine, and we just had the timing chain replaced and then cleared emissions on 3/6/25. I have the Carfax printout for anyone that is interested.
