DESCRIPTION:
I am selling my 2010 Ford Focus with just over 101,000 miles. It’s been a very reliable car, meticulously maintained and it’s in great mechanical shape. It’s accident-free, clean inside and out, and still gets excellent gas mileage — over 34 MPG on the highway just last week...
Features & Recent Maintenance:
• A/C, automatic transmission
• Power windows, power locks, power brakes
• New tires, new Duracell battery ($$), new OEM spark plugs and coil packs
• New front brakes (pads & rotors), 4x alignment, engine mount
• Fresh oil and filter change
• Recently passed smog with no issues (4/24/25)
• Upgraded ignition key cylinder (this model had a common issue that’s been permanently resolved with a redesigned part)
Bonus Parts Included: (not needed currently but included for peace of mind)
• Set of new Bosch fuel injectors
• Two new transmission mounts
There are cosmetic issues, but nothing that affects performance. It’s been a very solid/reliable car and is ready for its next owner. GREAT first car, or just a grocery getter.. also fit for long drives, just drove it from Portland last week with no issues (on 1.5 12 gal. tanks of gas!). Great car!
NOTE: This car was the last model year that has the desirable Ford 4F27E auto transmission- known for its reliability and longevity; This model does NOT have the super problematic “PowerShift dual-clutch automatic” which came out the next year (2011-2012) which are all known to fail early.
