2011 Toyota RAV4 4WD 4Cyl 3rd row seats 175K miles

I am the second owner of this 2011 RAV4. It has the good gas mileage 4 cylinder, it has true 4WD (not just AWD), and it has had no accidents. It is in very good condition, with window tinting, 3rd row seats (for kids or pets or?), new brakes and rotors, and recent mechanic work (I have receipts) to put it all in great shape! This has been a great vehicle, with almost no problems in the many years I have owned it, but it is just sitting these days, so it's time to let it go. My neighbor is a mechanic who has told me (after helping me with it a few times with minor issues), "don't sell it, you have one of the really good ones!" But it's time.

The pictures show the thin scratches in the paint by the gas tank flap, and a small paint peel on the front. Just professionally detailed inside, it's looking way newer than the 175K miles!
