2012 BMW 328xi wagon (E91), auto, low miles, runs great

I am a private owner, not a dealer. This is my current daily driver. It's the xi, so it's AWD. It has the legendary N52 engine with 6spd auto transmission. Mileage is low for being 14 years old, at 102,000. It runs and drives very well. AC is ice cold, heated seats work, Bluetooth, etc.. It's not leaking or burning any oil (common N52 things). The interior is in very good condition for a 14 year old BMW. Seats look good, dash, pixels work, etc... The previous owner did a muffler delete so it's got a growl. In February it had the following done: new radiator, upper radiator hose, expansion tank hose, valve cover gasket, camshaft adjuster gasket, right side tie rod and new boots, leak detection pump, O2 sensor and oil change. I have the receipt for that work. In the past couple of months it has also had: new front calipers, rotors and pads, new rear shocks. The tires are in very good condition as well. I also have that receipt. A Carfax report is also with the car showing no known prior accidents, a clean title and decent service history.

I've got it priced cheap for an E91 with 100k miles. Here's why. Mostly cosmetic on the outside. It's absolutely rust free so no worries there. Prior to my ownership someone keyed the right side, mostly the front door. If you have a buffing wheel and compound you can probably clean it up well. The right side also has a few dings in it. The TPMS light is on. The rims aren't original, so they probably don't have sensors. By the way, I have a second set of factory BMW rims that come with the car. One of the wheel speed sensors has an intermittent issue, very common for the E92. That means sometimes when you start the car you'll get a brake and stability control warning light. Sometimes you don't.

I've only had the car a few months. Why am I selling? My last car was an E90 328xi. It was at 315k miles...yes 315,000... when the transfer case gave up. Wasn't worth fixing, so I bought this car to replace it. I've ultimately decided that after having an E9x platform car for over 5 years I want something newer.
