2012 Ford E450 BUS Custom

2012 Ford E-450 Bus with a 198k Highway Miles, synthetic oil changes every 3-4k miles, it runs perfect, cold A/C front and back and I wish I didn't have to sell it because I love it. My wife and I are Realtors next to Disney World, we used the bus to see the Country and market our real estate services in every City we entered, it ran perfect and still runs perfect, the only reason we are selling it is because our business dropped off and we're not sure when it will be coming back. Before mortgage interest rates rose, we were very busy so the only way we could see the Country was to see it by bus when we didn't have clients in town. We wrapped it with our business info since Disney is a World wide destination, the purpose for the bus was to be a traveling billboard as we held seminars across the Country. We've circled the United States 2.5 times in it from 2019 to late 2024, leaving it in long term parking at airports at the last city we stopped in, so we basically put around a thousand miles on per 7 Day trips. It would be left in airport long term parking on average 2 months (It started like new every time) until we got free time to fly back out to continue on around the States. We took all of the seats out, put down hardwood floors, 1 interior wall that holds a 42"-inch TV, electronic fireplace, storage and a place to hang clothes. There are 2 top end leather electronic recliners in excellent shape equipped with seatbelts. We never slept in it, as mentioned it was our traveling billboard for the road and at hotels we stayed in. WE HAVE A PERFECT WALK-THROUGH VIDEO OF IT. I will knock off of the price and supply 2 brand new un-opened heat guns with solutions if I don't have to remove the wrap myself. Our last trip was a year ago again because our business has slowed, since then I drive it weekly around Orlando just to keep everything lubed and working, but it's not why we bought it for and why we are selling it. There is plenty of room in the rear where we have a table and chair to put a bed in, if someone wanted to travel and stay in it. It has no issues, new battery, brakes are good, tires are good, doesn't burn a drop of oil or leak it and I'm more than confident we could go around the Country in it another 2.5 times, it's easy to drive, has cruise, stereo, power steering, I've had the oil changed every 3-4k in every State we stopped in and the both of us will miss it especially me. If our crystal ball told us today our business would get back to normal by this Summer 2026 we wouldn't sell it. It does have a perfect working wheelchair lift; we've only used a couple times.
