2016 Ford Transit Wagon XLT

1/2/2025 Oil change and vehicle inspection by certified mechanic. Rear heater radiator leak found. Remove/replace hose and flush entire cooling system and add coolant. No other issues found - normal wear on all systems. Report available by request.

AC - This vehicle has a second AC that supplies cold air to the vents above the passenger seats. AC worked very well this summer in extremely hot conditions.

All passenger seats can be removed by two adults in about 10 minutes. Only the single seat near the side door requires a tool (socket wrench - torques).

Vehicle does have an ASSUMABLE breakdown insurance policy that covers the engine and transmission to 200K miles if new owner wishes to keep in place. Can be reinstated this month until 1/21/2025

Vehicle lightly used the past summer (only 6000 miles driven) for hauling and storing our surfing and windsurfing equipment. Surfboards up to 11' will fit in the back without seats making surf trips easy to mobilize without loading or racking boards on the roof.
