DESCRIPTION:
Condition & Maintenance
The car is in very good condition. All regular maintenance has been performed as recommended. I have spent a significant amount of money on upkeep and have kept the car in excellent mechanical condition.
The engine runs very strong, and the transmission shifts smoothly. Oil changes were completed at factory-recommended intervals.
Below is a list of routine wear-and-tear maintenance that I personally kept records of and remember. This list does not include all maintenance performed—there was additional work done over the 6 years I owned the car. Even the owner of the mechanic shop commented that this car is one of the best-condition vehicles he has seen.
There are a few cosmetic imperfections here and there, which I can show and explain in person.
Maintenance History:
New emergency brake line retainer – 80,810 miles
New front brake pads, rotors, and sensor – 105,132 miles
New front wheel hub assembly with bearing – 105,132 miles
New aluminum oil pan, oil pan gasket, and O-ring – 102,231 miles
New rear suspension – 112,973 miles
Wheel alignment – 110,342 miles
New spark plugs – 116,xxx miles
The car also includes BMW’s 3-year Oil Change Service, which started in July 2024 and ends in July 2027 (approximately 1.5 years remaining).
