2017 Tahoe LT 4wd/ Awd

2017 Tahoe LT 4x4/AW. Purchased from a dealer in Tennessee from a trade in (1 owner). Shipped to Fort Myers. There were no issues with the vehicle, but I wanted to address the common issues with the GM truck and SUV line that were problematic before they were a problem. Professional DOD/AFM removal with all GM/AC Delco parts (cam /lifers) and delete in the ECM. Plastic heater hose connections replaced with upgraded aluminum. All hoses replaced with GM/AC Delco factory hoses. Transmission cooler bypass thermostat was removed (big failure issue with these). Rear differential pinion seal replaced with new. Rear universal u-joints replaced with Dana Spicer greaseable units. Transmission pan replaced with an upgraded pan with drain plug for ease of future services. New GM black hat coated brake rotors and ceramic pads, calipers refreshed and painted. All fluids and filters replaced with GM fluids, differentials, transfer case, transmission, coolant, engine. New GM/AC Delco water pump assembly with stat and temp sensor, new cam sensor, GM alternator and tensioner assembly with new GM belts as well as new GM battery, plugs and wires. New BORLA touring s/s exhaust. New tires on factory 22” rims and alignment from dealer before shipping. Swapped the limited mile spare for normal tire. Have all original parts including exhaust as they are all in good working order. New GM factory cocoa interior floor mats. Has Power/Max OBDII chip which can be removed at any time. Have hard copy Car Fax .
