This vehicle was purchased from Burien of Chevrolet who owned it and used it as a warranty loaner vehicle for customers who bought new cars that had a recall. There is evidence the vehicle was smoked in prior to my purchase but it has not been smoked in during the time I have owned it. I had it deep cleaned just after purchase and discovered a burn in the carpet and suspect that to be one of the reason they put it up for sale aside from warrant just expiring due to time vs. miles.
I just replaced the battery and had an oil change done. The dealership kept up on all necessary services prior to my purchase. I have maintenance records from Burien and from Ron Tonkin for a full clean bill of health. There is some minor cosmetic wear and tear inside and out for this 5 year old vehicle. I have a paint pen matched to this vehicles color, but have not used it to take care of any marks yet because it has not had a good detail on the outside to see what scratches buff out first.
I picked this Trax due to the low milage (34k at the time) and rarity of the trim color. Black Cherry Metallic is a rare color in the 2020 Trax and to me it appears to have 3 different colors depending on the day light. The sun shines on it and you see the black cherry metallic, but when the sun isn't directly shining, it gives off a deep purple and in the dark it looks black. I am selling because I need more room in my SUV for the travel adventures I will be doing. I need to upgrade to 4x4 and more room. It was a great purchase and is extremely reliable, but I need more space.
There is a 100K mile service contract on this vehicle that has extensive coverage for everything minus normal servicing like oil change brakes etc. This can be transferred to you for the cost of the remaining contract (est. ).
This vehicle is under a loan servicer so we will need to go through necessary paperwork with the banks to transfer title and ownership.
